Description
Allow the triggering of populating the metadata editing area with a given OER content and ensure it can be previewed.
The triggering of the population could be a button or from a landing page, based on the design: http://issues.fluidproject.org/browse/FLOE-175

The implementation has been merged into FLOE-178 and will be addressed there.
