Description
The flexible column uses up an additional row if the window is resized horizontally such that the flexible column width is under ~100 pixels (possibly due to the text in there)

2009-05-01T14:57:04.000-0400 The immediate fix is to pull the column dimension numbers further away from totaling 100%, resulting is a less perfect overall picture but a more stable experience
