FLUID-4113: Upgrade to jQuery 1.6.1

Description

Originally the plan was to upgrade to jQuery 1.5.1; however, while prepping the release, jQuery has progressed all the way to 1.6.1

  • Updated jQuery to 1.6.1
  • added 3rd party test for .val()
  • Upgraded tooltip plugin to a newer version
  • Replaced attr with prop calls due to some changes from jQuery API, 1.5.x -> 1.6 -> 1.6.1.
  • Updated ImageReorderer tests to test selected listener
  • Replaced mockjax.js to 1.4 to address ajax API changes from jQuery 1.5
