Review and document changes which were applied to Captionator in order to work in the VideoPlayer context.

2012-08-23T16:46:10.623-0400 From a quick look at our version of Captionator, it seems like we have made three major changes:
1. Added unisubs json recognition and translation to VTT
2. Removed positioning of the cue block
3. Removed styling the cue block -

2012-10-03T11:09:30.276-0400 As part of FLUID-4701, we now have our own fork of Captionator which we will eventually share back with the Captionator community. The only change in our fork is code to support data urls with captions.
